The School provides MOST of the basic materials for each student. This cost is included in the Tuition Fees. However, parents are asked to provide a simple pencil case and the following items/materials (different by level / subject area). The pencil case must have the students' name inscribed. A copy of this document in Spanish may help you when shopping.
ALSO: Notebooks/Folders according to the teachers' requirements (in February)... Please DO NOT BUY THE NOTEBOOKS before school starts. The teacher might reject them given that each Department has established different requirements.
MATERIALS for SPANISH : Only for SENIOR 1 and 2 :
Only for SENIOR 3 and 4: 1 Portfolio with divisions All students in Senior School will nedd a medium or large Spanish Dictionary History and Geography Materials : In SENIOR 1, 2, 3 : The required notebooks will be available for sale at an approximate cost of approximately ¢ 900.00 each, from the first school day at the "Bodega". ART MATERIALS : Only for SENIOR 1, 2 and 3 : 1 blue Art sketch book. This will be available for sale from the "Bodega" on the first day of classes, at approximately ¢ 9,000.00 each. Only for SENIOR 4 - 7 : 1 red or blue Art sketch book. This will be available for sale from the "Bodega" on the first day of classes, at approximately ¢10,000.00 each. ALSO ... 3 drawing pencils #2 to #6B, 1 thick black permanent marker pen, 3 fine black permanent marker pens and coloured pencils of good quality.
PLEASE NOTE: The purpose of each student brining his/her own pencil case is to promote responsibility and care for their belongings. We remind parents, to make sure that their children always have the necessary material to work. Also, if the student constantly and carelessly breaks or looses instruments or materials belonging to the School, they he/she must replace them. The parents' collaboration in this matter is a valuable reinforcement to ensure that the student appreciates the importance of taking care of their belongings and appreciates their real value. |
