The Council will meet four times per year, at the beginning of each half-term. Meetings will be on the school premises, normally on weekday evening at 6.30 p.m. Special meetings may be called as appropriate at the request of the owners or other members of the Council Minutes will be kept and circulated to members of the Council and posted within the school so that all staff may read them.
